About Me
Originally from Long Beach, California I call Sandy, Utah home now. I have been involved in the restaurant and food industry for over 25 years. I have been a delivery driver, busboy, dishwasher, a corporate chef for a multi-unit restaurant company and just about everything in between. I am a father and a husband. I have had some of my best and worst life experiences and lessons taught to me over the years by the people that I’ve worked with and the people I’ve worked for. I have seen a whole lot and done a whole lot, both good and bad. I have had many successes as well as many failures, but I’ve always loved the food industry. My goal is to help as many people tell their stories because to me it’s the people and friendships I’ve met and made along the way that have kept me in it. The human aspect of what people in the food industry is something I find completely fascinating! This is what I want to share with the rest of the world.
